According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was sold in Portland.
HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Portland earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 7, Christopher Criss, of Hartford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Mahenoor in Portland and won $30,000.
