Two people bought winning lottery tickets at grocery stores in Hartford this week, according to the Connecticut lottery.

HARTFORD, CT — Two Hartford residents each won thousands of dollars in lottery tickets they bought this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On Tuesday, Altie Berry of Hartford won $10,000 in the PLAY4NIGHT game. She bought her ticket at Carlas Supermarket (660 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford).

The same day, Rosa Colon of Hartford won $25,000 in the CASHWORD 29 game. She bought her ticket at G & C Grocery LLC (760 Park St., Hartford).
