Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Northern CT: Here's What You Need To Know
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for northern Connecticut as significant weather changes are on the way.

HARTFORD/TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties for the chance of severe thunderstorms on Tuesday.
The best chance for storms is after 5 p.m. Tuesday. Temperatures will be warm all week, and there is a chance we could exceed 90 degrees on Wednesday.
"A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday across most of Southern New England," the weather service said in an update. "The main threat will be from damaging winds, with a lower threat from large hail. The combination of hot and humid conditions Tuesday and Wednesday may produce heat indices in the mid 90s across portions of southern New England. If this potential increases, then a Heat Advisory may be needed."
