Hartford's Parkville Market Showcases Music (And, Of Course, Food)

HARTFORD, CT — A popular Hartford food hall featuring delicious edibles from around the world has announced its schedule of musical performances at the thriving attraction, which starts tonight, May 30.

With the onset of warmer weather comes the return of live, outdoor, free entertainment at Parkville Market, dubbed "Connecticut’s favorite food hall."

It recently announced the 2025 dates for its signature "Salsa Under the Stars" and "Summer Concert Series."

Salsa Under the Stars

Guests are invited to grab their dancing shoes for Salsa Under the Stars, which brings DJ Bombero to Parkville Market from 7 to 11 p.m. on five Fridays this summer:

• May 30 (special appearance by DJ Nervioso!)
• June 20
• July 11
• August 8
• September 12

Each evening begins with a beginner-friendly salsa lesson led by Joey Salsa con Huertas that is perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to brush up on their moves.

Summer Concert Series: More Music, All Summer Long

Back and better than ever, the Parkville Market Summer Concert Series triples the live music lineup with performances three nights a week from June through September.

Join Parkville on the Summer Stage for:

• Acoustic Acts (Thursdays, 6 to 9 p.m.): Relax and recharge with laid-back acoustic sets, perfect for dinnertime listening.
• Fiesta Fridays (Fridays, 7 to 11 p.m.): Start your weekend with a dance party hosted by some of the city’s top DJs.
• Rock the Patio (Saturdays, 7 to 10 p.m.): Catch live performances by local artists and bands, spanning a variety of genres.

“Patio season is our favorite season at Parkville Market,” said Ashley McHugh, director of events, programming, and marketing. “We’re proud to celebrate and elevate local talent in a safe, inclusive space everyone can enjoy.”

In the event of inclement weather, performances will move indoors unless otherwise announced.
