Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Northern Connecticut
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties.

HARTFORD/TOLLAND/WINDHAM COUNTY, CT — The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties.
A heat advisory has also been posted for Hartford County.
"Summer heat and humidity continues through Thursday with heat index values between the low and middle-90s for portions of CT River Valley. Elsewhere, values are in the upper-80s to 90 degrees," the weather service said.

In Hartford County, the heat advisory is in effect from noon Tuesday to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Heat index values range from 95 to 99, the weather service said.

Here are the extended forecast details via the National Weather Service:
Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. Calm wind becoming north 5 to 7 mph in the morning.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 87. Northwest wind 6 to 8 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 90. Southwest wind 6 to 9 mph.
Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 84. South wind 9 to 14 mph.
Saturday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. South wind 9 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
Sunday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. South wind 8 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
