HARTFORD, CT — A well-known restaurant in the city has been served an eviction notice, according to one report.
Connecticut Hearst Media, citing court filings late last month, said "The Place 2 Be" at 5 Constitution Plaza was the subject of a notice of eviction.
According to Hearst, the landlord out of New York City — 5CP Master Tenant — filed paperwork indicating the restaurant's failure to pay its rent for the space off Kinsley Street.
