Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued For Hartford County, 60 MPH Wind Gusts, Hail

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Hartford County until 3:15 p.m.

At 2:18 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Terryville, or near Bristol, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include: Hartford, New Britain, West Hartford, Bristol, Manchester, East Hartford, Southington, Glastonbury, Newington, Wethersfield, Farmington, Berlin, Rocky Hill, Avon, Plainville, and Burlington.
