Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Hartford County
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for all of Hartford County. Here's what you need to know.

HARTFORD COUNTY, CT — The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory which is in effect from noon Thursday to 6 p.m. Friday for Hartford County.
"Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of a coating to 3 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch, especially over higher elevations...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes."
The weather service adds that "Mixed precipitation overspreads the region from west to east Thursday afternoon, and continues Thursday night. Mixed precipitation changes to snow Friday with some additional accumulation possible."

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 30. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light north after midnight.

Thursday: Rain, mainly after 1pm. High near 40. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Thursday Night: Rain before 5am, then rain likely, possibly mixed with snow. Low around 33. Light and variable wind becoming northeast 5 to 7 mph in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Friday: Rain and snow, becoming all rain after 11am. High near 38. North wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Friday Night: A chance of rain and snow before 8pm, then a chance of snow between 8pm and 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 27. North wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
