Celebrity Chef's Restaurant Opens At Foxwoods
The restaurant features "healthy, flavorful, surprisingly simple dishes" from a chef known for his work on the Food Network.
MASHANTUCKET, CT — Momosan Foxwoods by Morimoto, the seventh location of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's restaurant, opened this week at the resort casino's Great Cedar Concourse.
Momosan "isn’t just a dining experience; it’s a masterclass in craftsmanship," according to Foxwoods. "From signature Gyoza and artfully crafted Nigiri to world-class Ramen like Tonkotsu, Spicy Tan-Tan, and Tokyo Chicken, Chef Morimoto is bringing his A-game. And if you haven’t tried fan favorites like the Soft-Shell Crab Bao or Sticky Ribs yet, prepare to be wowed."
The 150-seat restaurant joins other recent celebrity-related additions to the Foxwoods dining lineup, including Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen and Sprinkletown by pasty chef Zac Young. Martha Stewart's The Bedford was announced earlier this year and will open in the fall.
