Celebrity To 'Transform' Foxwoods Property For The Holidays

MASHANTUCKET, CT — Martha Stewart will bring "immersive holiday design" and Jessica Simpson will perform in Foxwoods Resort Casino's holiday lineup.

Stewart's decoration experience will "transform" the Grand Pequot Tower lobby while setting a festive tone across the property.

“Foxwoods offers a remarkable canvas for Christmas by Martha Stewart," Stewart said in a statement. "My vision was to transform the Grand Pequot Lobby into an immersive experience you can only find at Foxwoods, designed for lingering, exploring, and discovering subtle, beautiful details at every turn."

Stewart's restaurant, The Bedford, is scheduled to open at Foxwoods in the spring.

Simpson will perform at Foxwoods' annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Dec. 6. The performance will air live on NBC Connecticut at 7 p.m.

Other holiday events at the casino include the Foxwoods Ice Rink, Breakfast with Santa, a New Year's Eve celebration, and more.
