Tyler Rossi completed the most stressful part of his eagle scout project this weekend when he installed two half-ton iron flank howlitzers in front of town hall. Rossi said he has been planning the project since December and now the hard part is over.
Up until now, Rossi was busy building the platforms for the cannons to rest on. They are now in place and the cement was poured Saturday. Rossi said the only left is some landscaping and re-seeing the areas next to the cannons.
