German Shepherd Seen Wandering on Route 117

Ledyard Animal Control said they received reports of a roaming German Shepherd on Route 117 — the Preston line all the way to Spicer Hill.

The dog is described to be on the thin side and is mostly brown with a dark face. He was wearing a blue collar with tags.

“We want to make sure this dog is owned and safe,” Animal Control said. “Do you know the owners? If you see this dog please call us at 860-464-9621.”
