• Detours Posted After Crash In Ledyard, Police Say (patch.com) — Drivers in Ledyard are being rerouted after a single-car crash on Pumpkin Hill Road near Huntington Way, according to local police. Traffic is currently detoured onto Huntington Way, and residents are urged to use extra caution while traveling through the area.
   

• Killingly football rolls past Ledyard and into Class SS final (norwichbulletin.com) — Ledyard High’s football season ended Monday with a 44-15 loss to undefeated Killingly in the Class SS semifinals, despite the Colonels’ earlier upset win over Law. Killingly’s explosive offense and stingy defense contained Ledyard’s ball-control attack, powered by four touchdowns from standout back Hayden Allard. The Trailblazers now advance to defend their state title Saturday in New London.
