There's no shortage of things to do this week in town!

There's no shortage of things to do in town this week, ranging from the public hearing on the proposed 13 percent increase in water rates to paving in Aljen Heights to all kinds of programs at the libraries and rec camps.

Municipal


Monday:
  • Public hearing on proposed water rate increase, 7 p.m. at Ledyard Senior Center.
    Historic District Commission, 7 p.m., 
  • Historic District Commission, 7 p.m., Annex Conference Room, 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.

Tuesday:
  • Public Safety, 4 p.m., Mayor's Office, 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.

Wednesday:
  • Finance Committee, 5 p.m., Annex Meeting Room, 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.
  • Zoning Board of Appeals, 6:30 p.m., Town Council Chambers, 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.

Road work

  • Roadwork will continue on Avery Hill Road through July into early August. 
  • Resurfacing work in the Aljen Heights neighborhood and at Tucker’s Run and Windward Lane will be commencing soon, as early as later in the week of July 15th.
