Bomb Threat Investigated At Madison Beach Hotel: Police

Police were called to the Madison hotel Saturday but found no suspicious items on the property, authorities said.

MADISON, CT — Authorities were called to the Madison Beach hotel Saturday after the business received a bomb threat, according to Madison police.

Police, along with Madison ambulance and fire personnel, responded to the hotel at 94 West Wharf Rd. after the threat was reported. With the assistance of the Connecticut State Police Bomb Squad, authorities determined there were no suspicious items on the property.

The incident remains under investigation, police said.
