Forum on Tolls To Be Held in Madison on Tuesday Evening
An informational forum on tolling highways in the state of Connecticut is being hosted by at the Polson School Tuesday evening.

MADISON, CT - An informational forum on tolling highways in the state of Connecticut is being hosted by state Rep. Noreen Kokoruda at the Polson Middle School from 7-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, April 23rd.
House and Senate Ranking members of the Transportation Committee Rep. Laura Devlin and Sen. Henri Martin will be in attendance at the meeting to help lead the discussion and answer questions on the town's transporation and road needs and whether tolling both out of state and in state vehicles is the proper answer for the state's future.
Everyone and anyone is invited to come to the meeting to join in the discussion.

The General Assembly will recess in early June and the expectation is by that time it will likely take some type of action on tolls. Among those who is supporting a plan to toll vehicles is Gov. Ned Lamont.
