But this isn't just any peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Pastry Chef Emily Kluge explains: this is a signature dessert developed in honor of the one-year anniversary of the new Madison Beach Hotel and it is a peanut butter cup gelato sandwich with raspberry compote and Crème anglaise.

The dessert will be available as an à la carte menu item throughout the summer, says Madison Beach Hotel Manager John Mathers.
