Jaguar SUV, Left Idling On Route 1, Stolen In Madison: Report

MADISON, CT — A luxury Jaguar E Pace SUV was stolen while idling on Boston Post Road in Madison late last month, and recovered several days later in the Bronx, New York, reported Shoreline Times.

The vehicle, which had the key fob inside, was stolen near Advent Hill Road while the owner was reportedly going to a mailbox.

According to authorities, an Apple AirTag was in the vehicle, which allowed the owner to track it, though not necessarily in real time.

The vehicle was reportedly discovered, abandoned, in the Bronx on Feb. 5.
