Latest News on Madison School Reconfiguration Plan Released

Madison schools are being realigned next school year due to declining enrollment; to read how those plans impact your child read below.

MADISON, CT - To keep up to date on the Madison public school reconfiguration plan, School Superintendent Tom Scarice has sent out a message to Madison parents of school-age children.

Here is what Scarice had to say:

"In an effort to keep the school community informed on matters related to our school facilities and the school reconfiguration for 2019-2020, the district has dedicated a tab on our website with updated information. Please visit our website for updated information related to the Board of Education's 10 Year Capital Maintenance Plan, the Brown School intermediate model for 2019-2020, the Brown School Outdoor Play and Learning project (OPAL), and the collective efforts of the Boards of Education, Finance, and Selectmen in collaboratively addressing the problem of aging and deteriorating school facilities with the establishment of the Tri-Board School Facilities Working Group."
