This information was provided by the Madison Police Department:  On May 3, 2013, the Madison Police Department arrested Jonathan L. Brown, 54, 16 Nathans Lane, Madison, CT on an Arrest Warrant for a violation of Connecticut General Statutes §53a-61aa: Threatening in the First Degree and §53a-181(k): Intimidation Based Upon Bigotry or Bias in the Second Degree. These charges stem from an incident on March 24, 2013, where Brown is alleged to have used a racial slur while he threatened to shoot a Madison Police Officer. Brown was released on a $5000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at G.A. 23, 121 Elm Street, New Haven on May 7, 2013.
