Guilford Police Chief Thomas Terribile says police have located a suspect believed to be involved in the Monday night shooting of a vehicle at a gas station near the intersection of Goose Lane and Route 1. Chief Terribile stated: "We have located the suspect and the vehicle is in custody. No one was injured during the incident. The incident is still under investigation and arrest warrants will be submitted to the prosecutors office." Deputy Chief of Police Jeffrey Hutchinson also added that the suspect is cooperating. An official incident report has not been released by the department yet.

A man suspected of being involved in an incident where a gun shot was fired at a gas station on Goose Lane, right over the Madison town line, has been apprehended, police say.
