What Would You Like To Have In Madison Community Center?

MADISON, CT - The Ad-Hoc Academy School Community Center Design (ACCD) Committee is seeking input from residents for the future use of the Academy School building as a Community Center.

We’d love to hear from you about your vision for designated spaces/uses under this Community Center model. Your input will help the ACCD Committee determine which spaces/uses should be prioritized in the final Community Center model plan.

Respondents are asked to answer a series of questions ranking different spaces/uses from “0- Not Important” to “4- Very Important”. The survey should take five minutes and your responses are completely anonymous.
