After this last storm, just about everybody is looking forward to getting back to normal Thursday. Here's what the day holds in the Manchester area:Â
1. The town of Manchester still has a parking ban in affect on all town streets until 10 p.m. Thursday night.Â
2. Most town schools have also announced 90 minute delays Thursday morning. Manchester Public Schools, East Catholic High School and Howell Cheney Technical High School have all announced 90 minute delays as of about 5 a.m. Thursday morning. Parents and students, check with your school before heading out this morning.Â

3. Chuckles, Connecticut's official state groundhog, yesterday morning, which signifies a much welcomed early spring.Â

4. The Manchester Redevelopment Agency is schedule to meet bright and early at 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room to discuss the latest efforts to redevelop the Broad Street area of town.Â
5. And a scheduled College Planning night for juniors at Manchester High School that was cancelled Wednesday has been rescheduled to 7 p.m. Thursday in the high school's auditorium.Â
