Accused Flasher In Custody After Pair Of Incidents In Manchester
A man accused of lewd behavior in Downtown Manchester has been arrested, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester man has been arrested after a pair flashing incidents in the downtown area on Friday, police said.
Police said 26-year-old Nickholas Dizon exhibited lewd behavior at both Center Springs Park and near the Hungry Tiger Cafe.
The park incident took place at 9:30 a.m., police said. A woman reported to police that, while she was walking in Center Springs, a man, later identified as Dizon, exposed himself, made inappropriate comments, and followed her through the park and onto Main Street, according to an incident report

The woman entered a nearby business on Main Street to get away from him and Dizon eventually left the area, according to an incident report.
While officers were actively investigating the first altercation, a second report about lewd behavior was received at about 4:30 p.m. from an employee of the Hungry Tiger Cafe, according to an incident report.

The employee stated that a man had exposed himself outside the restaurant, and, after being confronted and asked to leave, the decision was made to call the police, according to an incident report. He was identified as Dizon, who was located a short distance away at the CVS Pharmacy, police said.
He was taken into custody and has been charged with:
- Second-degree breach of peace (two counts)
- Public indecency (two counts)
- Second-degree stalking
- Interfering with police
Dizon was being held on a $250,000 bond as of Saturday morning and is scheduled to be arraigned at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, police said.
The case remained an active investigation heading into the weekend and additional charges could be forthcoming, police said.
