Authorities In Manchester Still Seeking Info On Abandoned Dog
A dog was found in a carrier in Manchester late last week.

MANCHESTER, CT — Authorities in Manchester are still seeking information about a man who apparently abandoned a dog in town last week.
The dog was located in a black carrier on the sidewalk in front of 31 Summit St. just before 11 a.m. on Feb. 28, authorities said.
The person suspected of abandoning the dog was seen with the black carrier and dog in Windsor about an hour earlier, authorities said.

He was seen entering a white Toyota believed to be an Uber. He was caught on camera.
