The Manchester Board of Education is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Monday to instituted this year at Arthur H. Illing Middle School.  The school board will also review the and communications from Interim Superintendent Richard Kisiel and Interim Manchester High School Principal Gregory Ziogas about the possibility of implementing a similar .  There will also be a public comment portion of the meeting.  The meeting will be held in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main St., and is open to the public.  Are you a fan of Manchester Patch?
