MANCHESTER, CT — A dog that was found abandoned in a busy commercial parking lot in the Buckland Hills commercial district in Manchester has a new home.
Manchester Animal Control officials made the announcement Thursday. They even joked about the protective cone he was wearing after some medical care.
"Our little guy that was abandoned at Savers is now a professional lampshade in his new home," they said. "Griffon just got neutered and is settling in beautifully in his forever home. Thank you all for the support and concern for this little guy."
