Electronics Hijacked From Truck At Buckland Commuter Lot: Police
State police are looking for three armed men who stole merchandise from a delivery truck in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — The Connecticut State Police Central District Major Crime Squad is investigating an armed robbery involving a delivery truck in a Manchester commuter lot.
State police have jurisdiction over the lots, since they are considered state property.
The incident took place Tuesday at the Interstate 84 Exit 62 Buckland Street commuter lot between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m., state police said.

The driver reported that two-to-three masked thieves approached him while brandishing guns, state police said. They then bound him with zip ties and stole Apple electronics from the truck and fled the area in two separate vehicles, state police said. The driver was not sure just how much merchandise was taken, state police said.
The getaway vehicles were possibly a dark gray colored Ford Expedition and silver-colored Ford Explorer, both heavily tinted, state police said.
