Manchester Fire Fighters Local 1579 Plan Charity Wing Crawl

Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

On Tuesday, Sept. 18, Manchester Fire Fighters Local 1579 will be hosting a wing crawl in partnership with six downtown restaurants to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

A $20 ticket buys participants the opportunity to travel to each of the six local restaurants, in no particular order, and enjoy a small serving of wings at each.  After showing the ticket to restaurant staff, it will be hole punched, and if participants visit all six restaurants, they can then turn their ticket in to the last eatery they visit, where they will be entered in a raffle that will be drawn the following day. Raffle prizes are still being determined, but organizers said that Highland Park Market is working on a "BBQ themed gift pack."
