April 21

Chasan Chalusian, no age given, of 55 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor. 

Jesus Emanuel Tirado, no age given, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

Eric C. Fletcher, no age given, of 245 Rue St., Broad Brook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Best Buy. 

April 22 

Christian Edward Bennett, no age given, of 256 Berlin Ave., Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

John Charles Kramer, no age given, of 14 Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree strangulation. 

William Francis McKay, no age given, of 72 Milford Rd., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault after police say he assaulted his daughter. 

James A. Bowers, no age given, of 177 Weston St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and illegal entry of a coin machine. 

Charity A. Izenwata, no age given, of 2270 Walton Ave., Bronx, NY, was charged with third-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, second-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation. 

Kevin Kelly, no age given, of 1185 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and unlawful entry into a coin machine.

Eric Jerome Brewster, no age given, of 229 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with 22 counts of violation of a protective order. 

Michael Ralph Long, no age given, of 26 Cottage St., Apt. A, Rockville, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.  

Serema Serra, no age given, of 18 Jeffrey Allen Dr., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.
