Mark Anthony Montvierdi, no age given, of 2 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree assault, breach of peace, second-degree riot and first-degree unlawful restraint. 

Gary L. Kalinsky, no age given, of 198 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Kyle Chesky, no age given, of 198 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jose A. Hernandez, no age given, of 63 Union St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault for a physical altercation with his sister. 

Jasmen M. Hernandez, no age given, of 200 Plains Dr., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace for a physical altercation with her brother. 

James Michael Moriarty, no age given, of 112 Lakewood Circle South, Manchester, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen, sale of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics, operating a drug factory and possession of drug paraphernalia.
