Wilfredo Garcia, no age given, of 499 Adam St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and fourth-degree sexual assault after police say he assaulted a refused to pay a restaurant tab, assaulted the owner and touched the waitress inappropriately. 

Xin Zhang, no age given, of 4 Cherry Hill Rd., Norwich, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Boby J. Ferregno, no age given, of 830 South West Lake Ave. Apt. 311, Los Angles, CA, was charged with failure to appear and first-degree larceny. 

Shane Christopher Busineau, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with first-degree trespass, sixth-degree larceny, possession of marijuana and attempted burglary.
