Robert Joseph Daly, no age given, of 65 Northfield Dr., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and four counts of harassment. 

Unique To-Fine Williams, 62 Moore Ave., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Victoria's Secret. 

Diamond J. Powell, no age given, of 1170 Hartford Tpke. Vernon, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Victoria's Secret.
