Vincent N. Bonsu, no age given, of 466 West Middle Turnpike, was charged with breach of peace, fourth-degree sexual assault and stalking after police say he grabbed a victim's butt in a Dollar Tree Store then followed and stalked the victim.Â

Zachary Matthew Boucher, no age given, of 21 David St., Enfield, was charged with four counts of criminal impersonation, identity theft, 24 counts of third-degree computer crimes and 27 counts of sixth-degree larceny.Â
