Steven Michael Sequist, no age given, of 94 Gerald Dr., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Andrea Lynn Jeter, no age given, of 121 Lennox St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Vincent N. Bonsu, no age given, of 466 West Middle Turnpike, was charged with breach of peace, fourth-degree sexual assault and stalking after police say he grabbed a victim's butt in a Dollar Tree Store then followed and stalked the victim. 

Sezer Kart, no age given, of 1432 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace after police say he got into a fist fight with him roommate. 

Selim Yilmaz, no age given, of 1432 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace after police say he got into a fist fight with him roommate. 

Zachary Matthew Boucher, no age given, of 21 David St., Enfield, was charged with four counts of criminal impersonation, identity theft, 24 counts of third-degree computer crimes and 27 counts of sixth-degree larceny.
