Brandon Tyler Lewis, no age given, of 14 Mitchell Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with breach of peace, two counts of second-degree threatening, first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer after police say he refused to leave a residence.Â
Robert Torres II, 32, of 26 Livingston Rd., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree sexual assault, resisting arrest, assault of a public safety officer, second-degree reckless endangerment, cruelty to animals, second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of criminal mischief, breach of peace and threatening.Â

Carrie A. Pugrab, no age given, of 33 Arden Court Apt. 104, Kensington, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance.Â

Keith Christopher Doss, no age given, of 114 South Adams St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.Â
Victor M. Troche Jr., 23 Earl St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.Â
Raven Simone Hardy, no age given, of 79 Sumner St. APt. B1, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, breach of peace and interfering with police.Â
Cheryl Ann Vincent, no age given, of 56 Rowe Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree identity theft, second-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card and criminal impersonation.Â

James Jesse Patman, no age given, of 32 Garth Rd., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.Â
