Anthony M. Ferrigno, no age given, of 176 Forest Hill Rd., Feeding Hills, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Clyde Bernard Murphy, no age given, of 57 Cottage St., East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police, third-degree larceny and operating a motor vehicle without a license. 

Donovin Secore, no age given, of 18 Stonewood Terrace, Vernon, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

September 6

Peter John Vonroemen, no age given, of 135 Autumn St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Stephen Paul Clinch, no age given, of 49 Flower St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Guillermo Rivera, no age given, of 48 Alden St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and third-degree criminal mischief after police say he was caught trying to break into a vehicle and ran. 

Rosa Elisa Perez, no age given, of 27 Casa Bella Circle, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of breach of peace.
