Dustin Smith, 107 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call. 

Luis F. Gomez, no age given, of 91 Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Home Depot. 

Torell Lopez Crump Sr., no age given, of 452 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Jermaine Diaz Torruella, no age given, of 118 McKee St. Apt. E, Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Carol A. Obright, no age given, of 39 Windemere Ave., Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Paul Francis DiPietro, no age given, of 57 Colgate Dr., Manchester, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.

David M. Stark, no age given, of 46 Hyushipe St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he continued to solicit a victim after being warned three times to stop. 

Jane Elizabeth Citro, no age given, of 9 Eldridge St. B3, Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, two counts of failure to appear and criminal impersonation. 

August 5

Crevegin S. Rivers, 41 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of failure to comply with police fingerprinting after police say Rivers led them on a foot pursuit through "numerous backyards." 

Matthew Lee Gilbert, no age given, of 304 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with police. 

Diane Marie Labrie, no age given, of 18 Thomas Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Michelle M. Munesaleum, no age given, of 360 Oakland St. 8A, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jessica L. Munesaleum, no age given, of 905 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Matthew Jon Abbotts, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of failure to appear. 

Monique Maria Delarosa, 28, of 54 Queens Court #F, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.  

Miguel Angel Moreno, 26, of 54 Queens Court #F, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Melissa Moreno, no age given, of 54 Queens Court #F, Manchester, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she left her eight year old, seven year old and two year old children unattended. 

DaShaun Collins, no age given, of 301 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with police. 

Frederick Burgos, no age given, of 32 Valley St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police. 

Leynily Cruz, no age given, of 70 Forest St., East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and evading responsibility in an accident.
