May 9 

William H. Oathout, no age given, of 214 West St., Bristol, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal trespass after police say he was found in a vacant home without permission. 

Justin M. Dailey, no age given, of 31 Temple Dr., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a dangerous weapon after police say he was found in a vacant house with brass knuckles. 

Sebastiano DaSilva, no age given, of 35 Pearl Lake Rd., Waterbury, was charged with breach of peace after police say he attempted to lure a 16-year old to his car. 

Edward Hanlon Jr., no age given, of 55 Belridge Rd., Cheshire, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Ericka K. Dickerson, no age given, of 54 Village St., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace. 

Kennet Ellis, no age given, of 54 Village St. Apt. 1, Vernon, was charged with breach of peace and possession of narcotics. 

Ashira S. Palmer, no age given, of 326 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police after police say she was taken to the emergence room while drunk and spit on hospital staff and the officer.

Thomas Couvares, no age given, of 91 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

May 10 

Jason Michael Travis, no age given, of 49 Flower St., Manchester, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident. 

Jacklyn A. Glidalin, no age given, of 74 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police. 

Zabadiel L. Huera, no age given, of 15 Hanniford St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, second-degree criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

May 11

Michael Orfitelli, no age given, of 337 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, was charged with threatening and harassment. 

Ramiro Rodriguez, no age given, of 53 Knighton St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Kristin L. Gardiner, no age given, of 121 Gurleyville Rd., Storrs, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of third-degree trespassing and carrying a dangerous weapon after police say she stole two purses from Hollister's at the mall and ran from security while carrying a tire iron. 

Carina L. Faxon, no age given, of 100 Wood Hill Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

George Frascona, no age given, of 369 Bidwell St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and throwing objects at a motor vehicle.
