Chi Chi E. Hernandez, no age given, of 173 Garden Dr., Manchester, was charged with first-degree riot and breach of peace.

Kragg Jones-Weaver, no age given, of 822 Main St. #1, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, second-degree threatening and the carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon.
