Kamm, no age given, of 40 Hillside St., East Hartford, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace after police say she slapped her five year old child across the face in the food court of the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall and then left her three children unattended.Â
Jennifer L. Daleb, no age given, of 100 Wapping Wood Rd., Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence, intent to harass or intimidate with a motor vehicle and assailing a police officer.Â
