Eric Ryan Hale, no age given, of 33 Division St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

August 18 

Sharenna D. Kamm, no age given, of 40 Hillside St., East Hartford, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace after police say she slapped her five year old child across the face in the food court of the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall and then left her three children unattended. 

Jennifer L. Daleb, no age given, of 100 Wapping Wood Rd., Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence, intent to harass or intimidate with a motor vehicle and assailing a police officer. 

Chelsea E. Mack, 21, of 82 Foxcroft Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Harold Derek Kaupp, no age given, of 45 Webster St. Apt. B5, Hartford, was charged with three counts of failure to appear, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and criminal mischief.

Rachel Claire Rock, no age given, of 2 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Heather Norris, no age given, of 20 Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jay M. Abraham, no age given, of 61 New St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct after police say he left a restaurant without paying a bill and then proceeded to throw objects into the street. 

Jeremy E. Valenzuela, no age given, of 2604 Main St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, conspiracy, second-degree assault and second-degree riot. 

Eugene James Batchelor, no age given, of 199 Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, conspiracy, second-degree assault and second-degree riot. 

Aracelis Liciaga, no age given, of 243 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, conspiracy, second-degree assault and second-degree riot.
