Juan Manuel Velasquez, no age given, of 194 School St., Manchester, was charged with theft of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a permit, third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with police after police say he was involved in a burglary and foot chase on Keeney Street. 

Pablo Juan Nunez Jr., no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with theft of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a permit, third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with police after police say he was involved in a burglary and foot chase on Keeney Street. 

Natasha S. Decaprio, no age given, of 87 Cougar Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, criminal mischief, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to carry insurance after police say he ran over a neighbor's mailbox. 

Ainetle Bernard Harrison, no age given, of 396 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
