Manchester's Burr Corners Plaza Sold

Winstanley Enterprises purchased the plaza for $22 million.

Winstanley Enterprises has purchased the Burr Corners Plaza for $22 million, reports the Hartford Courant.

The new owners are planning improvements to the plaza.

Work will start with upgrading lighting and signs and improving landscaping and parking lots. The company also plans structural repairs to the buildings and improving access to the plaza,

Dover Saddlery, a national equestrian apparel and supply store, will be entering the plaze and should be open by late summer or early fall.

Winstanley Enterprises is also working on bringing in a supermarket, is working with Webster Bank to relocate an ATM, and is looking to bring on a “significant” restaurant tenant.
