An unidentified 57-year old man appears to have shot himself in the foot with an AR-15 rifle at his own residence late Friday evening, according to police.  According to Manchester Police Capt. Christopher Davis, police received a call at approximately 11 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2013 of a "possible shooting" at 15 Elizabeth Dr. The caller told police that he was shot with an AR-15 rifle.  Police established a perimeter around the residence, and managed to get the man to exit the residence. It was then determined that the only person who was shot was the caller himself, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot.  Police have not released the name of the suspect, who they said was treated at a nearby hospital, and the incident remains under investigation.
