Manchester Police have released details and a description of a man who they say robbed the Bank of America branch at 14 North Main Street Monday afternoon.  According to police, a man - described as having a piercing in the center of his lower lip - approached a teller at the bank at approximately 3:51 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10, implied he had a weapon, and demanded cash.
