Readers' Choice Results: Favorite Area Preschool is Chestnut Hill Preschool

Readers in Manchester love their preschools! We had a wonderful response with detailed descriptions of the great programs available in town, and the came out on top.

Among the many comments, readers called Chestnut Hill "exemplary" with a staff that "genuinely cares" about the students.

Reader Rose Marie told us, "The teachers truly care about the kids and along with preparing them for kindergarten, they teach them about manners and respect for others. When I drop my son off I know he will be safe and will enjoy the time he spends with his teachers and friends."

Reader Geraldine K. Ross said: "They value, understand and respect each child's individual needs. They thoughtfully plan creative, fun activities for the children in social skills, language arts, math, music, art and fine and gross motor skills. I have been particularly impressed by their patience in reinforcing so many self help skills which fosters children's self confidence."
