Residents Displaced As Kitchen Fire Damages Home In Manchester
A kitchen fire broke out at a home in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — Firefighters in Manchester made quick work of a kitchen fore in Manchester Wednesday.
The fire broke out at 5:29 p.n. at a home on Elro Street, officials said.
Arriving companies encountered a "well-involved" kitchen fire, but it was brought under control in less than 10 minutes, officials said.

Three occupants of the home were displaced and no injuries were sustained, officials said. The American Red Cros was assisting the residents.
