Secret Service Honors Manchester Detective For Cyber Crimes Work

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester Police Department detective Konrad Rozwadowski has been honored with a Certificate of Appreciation from the United States Secret Service for his "exceptional dedication and outstanding contributions in the fight against cyber-enabled crimes."

"His expertise and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in preventing, detecting, and combating complex cyber threats," Manchester police officials said.

Rozwadowski led the State of Connecticut in 2024 in federal cyber investigations and digital forensics reporting, officials said.
