A Slice of Connecticut: Statewide Aikido Seminar Brings Together Top Instructors from Across Connecticut
Manchester, CT — Aikido New London County, in partnership with The Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development, is proud to present the Slice of Connecticut Aikido Seminar on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Hosted at The Academy of Martial Arts in Manchester, this highly anticipated event will bring together more than ten schools and instructors from across the state for an afternoon of collaboration, training, and community. This year’s seminar is already shaping up to be one of the largest and most dynamic Aikido gatherings in Connecticut.
The seminar offers a unique opportunity for martial artists of all levels to train under some of Connecticut’s most respected Aikido instructors, representing different regions and dojos throughout the state.

This annual seminar, affectionately known as “A Slice of Connecticut,” showcases the spirit of unity and growth that defines the Aikido community. Participants will experience a variety of perspectives, styles, and techniques, highlighting the richness and diversity of Aikido practice throughout the state.
