MANCHESTER, CT — State police are investigating an incident involving a gun being fired on Interstate 84 in Manchester. State police said the incident took place near the Exit 62 eastbound interchange at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday. According to a preliminary incident report, state police received calls about the incident, which involved someone brandishing a gun and firing at least one shot.No injuries were reported. According to state police, the purported gunman was had short black hair and a goatee and was reported to have been driving a black car than did not have tinted windows. The incident was still being investigated Wednesday morning, state police said.
