Mansfield Advocates for Children Holds Annual Egg Hunt
MAC will be holding its annual egg hunt which will also include crafts and a visit from The Bunny on Apr. 8.

From The MAC: Mansfield Advocates for Children (“MAC”) is holding its annual egg hunt on April 8, 2017, at 1:00 PM at the Mansfield Community Center, 10 South Eagleville Road, Mansfield. The event will also feature crafts, fitness games, and a visit from the Bunny! The egg hunts themselves will take place on the Ossen Community Playground and will be held in three waves- for ages 1-3, 4-6, and 7-10.
There is a suggested donation of $2 per child to offset the cost of the maintenance and improvement of the playground. Children should bring a basket for their goodies. The playground will be closed at 12:00 PM to prepare for the egg hunt and will reopen at or around 3:00 PM. In the event of heavy rain, the Eggstravaganza will take place April 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Persons wishing to attend may call the Mansfield Community Center’s inclement weather hotline at 860 429-3015 x 4 if there is a question about the weather.
The Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Community Playground was constructed by the community in 2015, and has become a popular spot for families to bring their children. New additions to the playground will include a high-quality musical instrument and picnic tables.
